Group Reservations

If you are flying together with a group of people, you’ll typically need to make a group reservation. Group reservations also entitle you to special group fares and more flexible terms and conditions. To make your group travels as smooth as possible, let us handle your bookings for you.

Visas

Visa and other travel authorization applications typically entail filling out forms and other paperwork, and that's something we can do for you. We can also check current passport validity and visa requirements for your destination and apply for whatever visas or travel authorizations you need.

When Plans Change

Plans can change. Meetings can run late, end early or simply be canceled. We’ve all been there. If you want to cancel your trip, extend your stay or catch an earlier flight home, we’ll do our best to help you rearrange your flights and other bookings. In some cases, we may even be able to transfer your ticket to another person.

When Things Go Wrong

If your trip is canceled or cut short for some unexpected reason, we’ll be on hand to help you with your bookings. Unexpected reasons could be a sudden illness before or during your trip or your flight being delayed, canceled or overbooked. Additionally, we can help you find out whether you’re entitled to compensation and file any such claims for you.
